A request sent through the form is not a contract, a booking, or an acceptance on our part. Prices, discounts and timelines shown on the site are indicative and may vary with floor area, frequency and the condition of the premises.

Only a written quotation signed by both parties binds DC Maintenance Inc.

We maintain the content carefully, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions at all times. Where the site and a signed quotation differ, the quotation prevails.

The text, images, logos and graphics on this site belong to DC Maintenance Inc. or are used with permission. You may view and print the content for personal use; any reproduction for commercial purposes requires our written authorisation.

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, to access it without authorisation, or to use the form to send unsolicited messages or unlawful content.
